Friday Favorites

Happy Friday!  We made it to the weekend and I'm ready for it.  Are you?!  We don't have big plans outside the house, but we will be taking things apart for the move.  I secured the moving company today, so that's a relief.  Now, I just need to keep getting rid of things.  The joys of moving.

We've had beautiful weather here for the past week and it's always a favorite hanging out at the park.

We love horse lessons.  It's the kids' favorite day of the week.  It's always fun watching them get so excited for remembering what something is called when they are being quizzed.  One lesson left 🙁

Sterling's favorite thing is holding up the work she's done at school as she's walking to the car.

This might just be my favorite all week.  I helped save some little kids lives.  So I say.  Here in Northern Virginia, I see way too often toddlers walking around their parent's vans/suv's as it's driving.  Toddlers!  I've never seen such a large population of families that do not use car seats.  Is it bad in your area too?  So, selling these will help keep two kids safer.

Waiting in the car line and seeing Sterling's class at recess was a fun surprise.  She noticed me and then proceeded to to run to the bars and do a back flip.  Say what!?!  I didn't even know she knew how to do that.  I tried to get her to do it the weekend prior, but she was too afraid.  She blew me away!

Look at that total price!  I paid only .53.  On Monday I was at Ulta getting my eyebrows done and I always stop to smell the perfume.  I came across Coach Floral and I loved it.  On Tuesday, I told Nick he could buy it for me for Mother's Day.  Subtle hints, ya know 😂  Well then I looked on Amazon, the only place he shops, and it was the same price as Ulta.  But, at Ulta, you could get a free tote and a free lotion.  Then I used my points.  So it was basically free.  Yesterday was my favorite day when it showed up and the tote was larger than I thought it'd be.  It wasn't supposed to arrive until Monday, so now I get to wear my new perfume for Mother's Day.  Win-win!
