After hitting the gym this week, we enjoyed taking a walk around the lake. We'll go again today and are hoping the ducks will be there again because we're taking them some bread. We had a rough morning. Which it's beginning to feel like all our mornings are torture. Afternoons are kosher. Evenings are hell. But, the fresh air on this day helped the rest of our day go much smoother.
I've been enjoying the gym as my break away from the fighting.
But during school, they are sweet as can be and best friends.
Sterling and I have been playing dolls lately and yesterday Lulu joined us. She went camping with us and loved her time in the camper, ha!
This is my torture tactic. They hate sitting knee to knee when they're fighting. But, it's always his/her fault. Never their own. I have an instigator on my hands too. Sigh.
Last night I had a talk with the kids about some changes that they're going to see starting today. Xander asked me why I had to change some rules. Simply it's because it's obvious the rules we have aren't working, so I'm hunting for what will work. I know that kids will be kids, but these two have gone mad. It's time to nip a few things in the butt. Fast.
Have a great weekend!
